Andhra Samaj English Medium Hr. Sec. School was established in 1978 with a motto to impart quality education at a very nominal fee.  It is managed by the Executive Committee of Andhra Samaj.  The school is situated at one of the prominent locations in Bilaspur Town of Chattisgarh.  The school is well connected with road transport and is reachable from every corner of Bilaspur town as it is very nearer to Bilaspur Railway station. This is a co-education school from Class-I to Class-XII,  recognised by Chhattisgarh State Board of Education with medium of instructions as English.  There is also a pre-primary section offering early childhood education  to children before they begin compulsory education at primary school.  The academic session starts in April every year.

The school has its own building with 18 Class rooms for imparting quality education by educated and well trained teachers and an auditorium for extra curricular activities. All the class rooms are well maintained with proper furniture, fans & lighting arrangements. The school is surrounded by a boundary wall to prevent unwanted elements from entering in the school.  There is a proper arrangement of drinking water and toilets.  It has also a play ground and a systematic parking facility inside the school is also available. The school has a science lab which is equipped with all necessary items.  It has its own library, in which 300 books are available.
